Took my wife here for valentine's night, Fantastic food and wine, great service, cannot wait to go back 😋😋 hopefully within next few weeks.
Amazing food and great service. Reasonable price too. A good range of vegetarian and vegan options too. Food is incredibly tasty, well presented and plenty of it. Good and reasonably priced wine and cocktail choices too. Cater for allergies and gluten free too.Chris is a former MasterChef semi finalist too.
The best Sunday dinner i have ever had in a pub. 10 out of 10 for food and service and they have a pool table . Would highly recommend it.👏👏
Absolutely amazing! As someone who’s gluten free it’s really hard to find a takeaway that does gf options and such a wide range too! Ordered the pulled pork loaded fries bowl tonight! Would 100% recommend!Called tonight for a garliic special .very tasty food love the thick garlic bread . The salads always so fresh and the meat is so tasty and not greasy at all like some we have used before.you get a decent portion reasonably priced at £10-50 . .cant wait to.return again soon 10/10 from us
Ordered a much box..wow five star all the way .the girls that serve are lovely they are always polite and friendly .food was lush well worth money done 3 of us ..suggest you try it to believe it
Called today as I was recommended by a friend. Couldn't fault anything, the coffee was the best I've tasted and the pinnini was lovely too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bathroom facilities were idea for ladies and parents with babies.
Fantastic customer service and amazing food. Highly recommend. I ordered tonight for like the 20th time. I selected a time but unfortunately they were that busy they didn't see and delivered well before. I called to explain my daughter had taken the delivery but I wouldn't be home until the requested time. They sent a fresh order out for the time I asked and let us keep the first one delivered. How nice is that?! Food amazing as always and really impressed with the customer service.Now i like a Greggs or two but in here more expensive,sometimes don’t sell the full range,can get busy at times in here as small shop in motorway service station so plenty of parking,call here occasionally when passing but better and cheaper Greggs locally but £2.70 for a small cappuccino and slightly more £2.79 i can go to a well know franchise and get hot food as well brekkie,need to look at prices before footfall will go elsewhere .imo but ill still use them1st time and lovely pizza. After a very long train journey I needed food on the way home. Drove into Birtley and noticed this place was open. Never been before but passed it plenty times.I asked the lass behind the counter what she'd recommend and she said the pizzas are good. I opted for a mushroom and sweetcorn pizza (I know!!) and chips.Tried to pay by card, but guy came and said its cash only. I had no coins so he said just pay the next day. Very trusting.Pizza was great too, really good, and yes I did go back and pay. Next time I'll be more adventurous but definitely will be back.Foods always lovely. There's a lady called Margaret who is amazing with her customers. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need.Prices are reasonable too.
First time I’ve ordered from Saffron, Birtley but it won’t be the last. Food was delicious - onion Bhakti and chicken tikka jalfrezi. Really glad I tried it.
Wonderful family Santa’s Grotto experience with my grandson and family. Annie the elf was so welcoming. Santa was calm, patient and friendly.Having photos taken was an added bonus.Lovely staff at Birtley Dobbies.This place deserves 4 stars, we use it regularly and have never had a bad meal yet, we have been using this place since it opened years ago.
