The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasure. But the real star of the show is the chicken - it's cooked to perfection, juicy, and full of flavor. I've made it a tradition to come here every Sunday with my family and friends, and we always leave feeling satisfied and happy. Highly recommended
We first encountered Bosvelder on the way to our guesthouse, around 3pm. It was busy. We came back for an early dinner, it was busier! We returned 2 days later, a hot Friday afternoon, it was packed!What we like about Bosvelder, putting aside the fact that is was closed to our lodgings, is that it does proper South African food, big portions, at a very reasonable price. So if you want to try Pofader, Skilpadjie, & Bobotie, in a lively & informal atmosphere, Bosvelder is for you.Lost 1 point because the service was a little slow, purely because they were so busy. It certainly wouldn't stop us visiting again & the servers were very friendly. Do note that South Africa is a tipping culture & Bosvelder adds 10% to the bill automatically. I'm fine with that, we would have done it anyway & it saves the maths 👍😎👏🍻

Wonderfully different breakfast served until 11:00 with innovative dishes and cate to presentation and platingMoroccan bread with toppings like butternut harissa and labne with colli oil or spicy french toast with dark chocolate make for a real culinary experienceService is a lot slower than expected, but overall an extremely pleasant lazy Sunday morning I found the “R125 budget” for breakfast a bit odd and left that considering they sold me a room at the hotel including breakfast without specifying this limit it was a bit disingenuous
Thank you for professional service. The staff was friendly and the food was excellent 👌Fleisherei Bistro staff were really helpful in our school graduation function. The children enjoyed the play area are the parents could enjoy sit back and relax. Only concern was the fan that was not working but other than that, all was great!! They come highly recommended!!Thank you Wisdom and staff.
Great food and excellent service. We have always experienced this restaurant to be top notch. From seafood to steak we have never been disappointed.

Visited with friends on 21st October 2022 evening. Our waitron was Innocent who looked after us during our meal. Allstarters, calamari, beef carpaccio, salmon carpaccio and mussels were all enjoyed and all were good size portions. Mains of Kingklip Thermidor x 2, beef carpaccio (starter) and rump steak calamari combo were all very good, the hot meals arrived at the table hot. There is a good choice of starch, veg, sauces or salad available with the mains. All meal were good value for the moneyGood choice of draught beers. Unfortunately there were not many people using the restaurant the night we were there.Based on our experience we would recommend this restaurant.

This restaurant is awesome if you want that country side feeling. We had an engagement for 30 people, and the owner and staff went the extra mile to make the evening special. The food is always great. The venue is amazing and the staff is very attentive. You will enjoy this outing.
