One of the best restaurants on the cliffs. Staff were amazing, especially Roland. Highly recommend the Lobster Rundown.

We are staying at the Cliff hotel in Negril. Tonight was our third visit to Penny’s this totally authentic Jamaican restaurant. Allow me to point out that when you combine a very knowledgeable Jamaican gentleman with a wonderfully efficient and lovely German lady…, it is a recipe for success. If you like cake, this lady is a baker of the best! Penny and Inga are just the nicest people! The food is simply the best that we have tasted, like going home for the freshest food, made from the finest ingredients. We have tried the pumpkin soup.., delicious ! The seafood starters, mains of snapper and lobster. All cooked so beautifully and the rice and peas are by a long way the best in Negril. We intend to explore more, the accommodation and beautiful gardens. This is a must visit restaurant!!! Our favourite by a long way!
