We always go there ,my husband and I. We live in the area and always enjoy going there. It's a little bit expensive but always excellent service and the food never lacks anything,full of flavor. No complaints. Will recommend it to anyone. They have half-price sushi Tuesdays and Thursdays, and it's always fully booked. 
My wife and I popped in during the week for a bite to eat. My favourite pizza is the “Panarottis Special Pizza”… man, this is a delicious pizza. My wife ordered the Alfredo Pizza.Our drinks arrived in a flash. Then the long wait for our pizzas. After an hour I asked the waiter what is going on…then ten minutes our food arrived. It was delicious as always.Panarottis is a lovely restaurant and deserves a 5 rating, but waiting so long for food is not right.
We went there for a quick drink when we arrived in Richards Bay and never left. We had the best time of our lives drinking cocktails and eating the most delicious food. In fact it was so good we went there twice! Please, please ask for Pearl to be your waitress. She is the most amazing person and you feel like she is partying with you. She looks after you so well so tip generously. We miss her so much and will go back to Richards Bay just to visit Mojito's and Pearl again and again. Gosh we had the best time! Thank you Pearl.

The food is excellent and the staff are very friendly. I would recommend Jack's on the Bay to anyone visiting Richard's Bay. I live in Richard's Bay and every time I have visitors we go to Jacks on the Bay. Keep it up!
This is the great spot for lunch with friends and family and their service was outstanding. A friendly and welcoming staff
Some friends joined us for a cappuccino after church. We so enjoyed the chat and the laid back atmosphere, my fried and I ordered hamburgers and chips. The two ladies opted for “cake of the day” service was quick and we all tucked in. What a lovely place just to sit back and chill out.Food was great and welcoming and friendly My sister Bongi , humility and respect, indeed i was served well . Next time i will come along with my entire family to the enjoy ourselves
