Great little family restaurant. Edamame and fries were not for vegan food. My travel partner loved the fish & chips. We ate around 2:30; the fish had been caught and brought in at 11 that day. By the owner of the place. Who owns the restaurant. And drives the “ train” around the island. It’s a family affair, with a daughter serving and the wife cooking. They were SO lovely and warm. The owner told us he couldn’t run the “train” for just 2 people, so we walked off. When a group of 6 asked him to run it, he deliberately drove in our direction (despite it being away from his usual first tour stop) because he wanted to make sure we got the ride. Later he took us to the northern point, Orbis Globus—a massive cement ball that was supposed to mark the Arcitic Corcle—the local government was supposed to love it each year, but they decided it was too expensive and too much hassle. So, it’s north of the actual circle line. The folks on the island were all friendly, but this family was WONDERFUL.
