Great restaurant in Field. Brilliantly decorated with good food and drinks. Staff are friendly and helpful. If the restaurant is busy, it’s worth the wait.
Small cafe in Field, all their bowls are gluten free. They do not have any gluten free bread for toast or panini, but their bowls have cereals and protein inside, so you will be satisfied enough with them. 2 out of 3 bowls are actually also vegetarian and you can choose between half of full size portions.Worth a try.
The cabin experience was beautiful. Food was excellent, great choice and all fresh.All of the staff were very attentive and friendly.
We had to book about a week in advance and were pleased we did as other patrons trying to book on the day we arrived, for that night or the following night were told they were fully booked! The heirloom tomato tart with Parmesan ice-cream was an interestingly tasty starter made with quality ingredients. The Pacific halibut on lentils was slightly overdone and the salmon on potato chowder was slightly under-done however they both tasted delicious; full of exciting flavours. The meal was finished off with a perfectly executed molten chocolate fondant; tasting as decadent as it looked. Our friendly French waiter patiently answered questions we had about the dishes and was unobtrusive. A great choice for a celebratory meal!
Excellent experience. They serve the same menu as the fancier restaurant on site so it was lovely. No need to make a reservation but if you wait to go too late, you will have to wait. It’s smallish and can’t accommodate too many folks. Service was excellent!
