A absolute must visit destination for craft beer lovers. Only had time for a couple of beers, both of which were of exceptional quality and brewed out the back. Plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, all within characterful surroundings. Even has its own cinema.
Absolutely love the people here, the service is always fabulous and food exceptional. It's the best coffee for miles. Open early and always friendly. Just great. 
Lovely people. We had the bagels with chicken and the falafel ones with very good coffee. Nice stop on the way.
Coffee was very good. I'd go a degree hotter but I think that is my personal preference more than a failing on their part. I enjoyed my raspberry muffin very much and the chocolate croissant was also very good.Kids loved their complementary fluffies and a ring sugar donut was well priced and made this a good value experience 
Really enjoy coming here. I live in Lincoln and often visit the FR for work and with family. There is a good menu and the quality of the food is consistently good :)Sometimes the service can be a little slow but only during busy times. It's a great pub/restaurant and I'd recommend anyone to go!
Cottage Cafe is an absolute delight to visit. Sue and Raj are lovely hosts. The Cheese rolls and scones sublime. Our favorite Cafe.
I absolutely love this bakerySometimes make the trip from the city just to get the Sicilian pizza for lunch, so I definitely recommend going if you are in the area :) the quality and love put into everything is so clear. Try the felafel pita and Grandma D <3
Another repeat visit ( just too good to want to go elsewhere). We are slowly working our way through the menu, every time we decide the new dish is the best. This time Kashmiri Chicken and Dal-e-Mughal ( Dal Makhani). With the chicken all the flavours were there separately and yet orchestrated into the most delicious sauce, the Dal was thick creamy and total comfort food. The service is friendly and genuine and the staff are always enthusiastic to talk about the dishes, aspects of the ingredients and the combinations. It is super good food that is worth taking your time over to savour as it deserves.
Central located , and handy...but best is the quality...and the quantity. Well presented, and cooked to perfection.
Such a great atmosphere , great community feel, with Farming Community and Lincoln Students..Really enjoyed..Enjoyed going to the Saturday Market, not far down the road from the Hotel. And Excellent cafes around Hotel too.I’ve been here for takeaway a few times. Each time the food has been very good. The curries I have had, especially the chicken korma, were delicious. Subtly flavoured and a nice consistency - not overly processed. The chicken tikka and hariyali chicken entrees were moist and tender. An entree and main were enough for two dinners for me even though I wanted to eat it all at one sitting! I’m going back tonight.
Bought 3 scoops of chips from here tonight and they were perfectly cooked. Lovely and golden with fluffy inside. Will definitely be buying again. Thanks.
Great food and the service very friendly. Steaks were cooked perfectly with excellent vegetable selection. Dining area is spacious, it has overtones of sports bar with TV screens on wall, not geared for romantic dinner but great for casual eats and groups. A really good local venue.
