Easy 5.0. We 2 had lunch during our 2-day visit to the island. The restaurant was opened in early 2024 to serve the noodles produced next door, which include sea salt produced on-site. The restaurant is on the second story and is enclosed by windows that provide a wonderful view; there is a deck that would be precious to sit on a warm sunny day. Downstairs is a store selling packages of the factory's noodles, packs of the salt produced on-site, and bakery items that are fresh-baked on-site.FOOD: 5.0.- 地獄炊き (Jidokudaki). Noodles served with condiments and more. Excellent.- Cheesecake. Excellent. Baked on-site.AMBIANCE: 5.0. The restaurant is designed to have an awesome view of the ocean and coastline. Low-volume jazzy background music.SERVICE: 5.0. Everyone was friendly. When we stopped by the 1st floor shop while leaving, the woman working the counter (who we later learned was the daughter of the founder) offered to show us the salt production facility; her husband than enthusiastically explained how it worked. We ended up purchasing several packs of salt as gifts and for ourselves.
