I have just recently started travelling with work and as a lone female it can be quite daunting. I usually dine in whichever hotel I am staying in however as the food was absolutely disgusting I decided to dine out and came across this wonderful place. I felt completely relaxed, was served a perfect glass of recommended Pinot and really enjoyed the food. I will absolutely be back on my text visit!
We've been to the Tomahawk in Yarm a few times now, and each visit has been excellent! The Wagyu steak is a must, whilst the dessert menu always manages to tempt us when we're already full to bursting! Kaitlyn was our most recent server and she was fantastic. Will definitely be returning!
Absolutely love this place!! Food was insanely good, everything that came out of the kitchen looked divine. Staff and service excellent, big choice of drinks, whether soft, alcoholic or 0%.Big car park behind so ideal. Highly recommend.

Hope and Union is such a lovely little place. We went before attending a show at The Globe, staff were super friendly and we had the best hot shot parmo ever! The food portions are insane, only gutted I couldn’t finish it.People must give it a try, thanks Hope and Union
First time here. Parking close by which was a bonus. Firstly great team working here, very friendly, very solid service. The party/event was a 60th and the place had been hired for the afternoon eve. Probably 50+ there and the team did really well. Food wise all good we were off menu but the meals were all wellCooked and well presented. Peppercorn sauce super peppery and thick such a nice change!! Would recommend the lemon tiramisu also, lovely espresso to finish. All up very good.
The staff were excellent, welcoming, friendly and willing to chat to us. the meal was exceplery, we all enjoyed it. The service was second to none.
My visit to Cafe Sapore was a truly wonderful experience. The gorgeous ambience of this hidden gem was felt straight away when my friend and I stepped inside and we were greeted warmly by the owner. This continued throughout our night where the service was top notch.Let’s not forget the best meal I’ve had for a while. Every course was cooked and presented to perfection. Hats off to the chef! It was the first time I’d eaten beef cheek and I was not disappointed with this wonderful dish where the meat literally melted in your mouth. We enjoyed a very palatable bottle of Pinot which we effortlessly drank alongside our wonderful 3 course meal. This wonderful restaurant will be on the top of my list to visit again the next time I’m in the area.
We have been coming to The Vane Arms since 2020. The food is fantastic, as well as the usual great service from the staff. Thanks to Craig and the team for all your efforts.
Booked here for a Birthday Lunch, we were not disappointed, the ambience was nice, you could here yourself talking even though it was busy, good table service, cold drinks and good food.Definitely coming back

We had the most amazing experience here. It's a very old pub and directed through the back to the dining room. The food was served hot and plenty to go around. Service was excellent from the waiting staff, bar staff, especially Matt, and kitchen. Definitely worth a visit. 
We dined here as a party of 9 to celebrate a birthday and we all enjoyed our meals very much. Recently, we have been shocked by prices in restaurants (and supermarkets!) and the bill has, on occasion, made our eyes water, but this was not the case at Cena. We found the lunchtime offer to be excellent value for money and will definitely be heading back again.
Francesca was gorgeous with my grand daughter for her birthday and an abosulte legend thougout the whole visit. She really made a birthday celebration something special. Thanks francesca ❤️
As a family we have been coming here for a few years now - about four or five times a year when the family gather together from various parts of the country. None of us are vegetarian but the food is always so consistently good, imaginative and super tasty that it’s hard to go anywhere else. The staff are always attentive and professional. Well done for maintaining such high standards.
Came for Sunday lunch, the food was really nice. The service was great too, Grace served us and she was lovely, the drinks and food came quick
Good quality food, reasonably priced. Traditional pub atmosphere with friendly locals.and staff. Not fancy, but does what it does very well. We'll be back!

Had a lovely afternoon and delicious food today. Really enjoyed the seniors afternoon with bingo and a singer getting everyone up dancing. Service was really good, food was delivered quickly despite their being over 60 people in for the afternoon. Would definitely recommend and will be back for another one
