What a brilliant restaurant with Barbara & Simon who couldn’t do enough for diners. The food is out of this world. From start to finish with a warm welcome and all the menu explained in great detail. Nobody could complain about this restaurant. Thanks so much.

Fab little bar, we happened to find the bar on the first day of our holiday and returned many times. Great cocktails, fab view, friendly staff and great atmosphere.
Heerlijk gegeten, oester was super vers en goed opgediend. Solomio met pepersaus was perfect bereid en de inktvis en de salade daarbij was ook erg goed. Aandacht voor de klant was er super, zowel van de kok als de bediening. De huiswijn was erg lekker en de geuren die uit de keuken kwamen waren zalig. Heerlijk gegeten en we komen zeker nog een keer terug.
What a wonderful little intimate restaurant with fantastic staff & really delicious interesting food. They do a tapas deal which is great value & gives you the freedom to try different dishes. The prawns with chorizo crisps were our favourite although it was a difficult choice. Louis explained the menu & advised well. The other young waiter (apologies as I can’t remember his name) he was super efficient, pleasant & hard working. Don’t miss this foodie delight. Booking is advised as they are so busy.
Lovely atmosphere with delicious food. This restaurant has a unique menu. There is a huge variety from lasagne, fresh fish to tapas trays served in a quirky way paired with wines. The trays are varied to cater for all tastes and dietary requirements, vegetarian, gluten free options too. You also can opt for tapas trays without wine. It is very good value for money for the high standard of freshly made food you get. Paprika beef stew and pork fillet on a bed of creamy mash is particularly nice.
Un excellent resto italien, les plats que nous avions etaient délicieux (ravioli à la truffe et pâtes à l'amatriciana) de même que les desserts. Service aux petits oignons par Roberto .

Zoals elke vakantie in corralejo ook deze keer weer twee keer bij Sanus gegeten. En wederom niet teleurgesteld, heerlijk gegeten en genoten van de plezierige bediening. Tot de volgende vakantie!
Cena. Pesce pescato con la canna dal proprietario fatto alla brace buonissimo servito con patate canaria e verdure agrodolci. Polipo con patate cotto molto bene. Torte fatte in casa al formaggio e al limone super buone. Vino rosé consigliatoci ottimo... che dire consigliatissimo. Servizio gentile e molto educato.
Truly quirky,friendly bar. The decor and the layout are amazing. Just round the corner from Music Square. Easy to walk past, but don't. This place is so unusual with colourful rooms appearing all over. The staff are friendly and efficient. If when in Corralejo you don't go anywhere else, check out this place at night.
We came here twice on the recommendation of our receptionist in the hotel and were delighted to get her recommendation. It was a little bit dearer than other restaurants in the area but it was well worth it as it stood out amongst it’s peers. I particularly liked the smoked cheese in Filo pastry with jam for starters. We both went for the suckling pig for mains which was delicious. I would advise you to book in advance.
Lovely cafe, we had a really nice lunch, the owner was kind and adjusted the menu to suit my daughter, The juices and smoothies were great, we are going back before our holiday finishes
Absolut superleckeres Essen und trotzdem zum sehr fairen Preis. Und dabei gab es für uns auch neue kulinarische Erfahrungen, da viele Gerichte besonders waren. Alle Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichte haben uns fantastisch geschmeckt. Das Fleisch war sehr saftig und zart und genau auf den Punkt gegart, egal ob Hähnchen, Rippchen oder Rinderfilet. Auch die Beilagen und das Brot waren sehr schmackhaft und alles schien uns hausgemacht. Auch die Bedienung war äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich.Es war genial und wir können das Infusion auf jeden Fall wärmstens empfehlen. Schade, dass Fuerte so weit weg von zu Hause ist, vom Infusion werden wir noch lange schwärmen.Absolutely delicious food and still at a very fair price. It was also a new culinary experience for us, as many of the dishes were special. All the starters and main courses tasted fantastic. The meat was very juicy and tender and cooked to perfection, whether it was chicken, ribs or fillet of beef. The side dishes and bread were also very tasty and everything seemed homemade. The service was also extremely courteous and friendly.It was brilliant and we can definitely recommend Infusion. It's a shame that Fuerte is so far away from home, we'll be dreaming about Infusion for a long time to come.
Some people are coming back to Fuerteventura for it's weather and landscape. Being one of the first customer's since opening we came back for el gusto taste unforgettable taste and guaranteed quality. Happy to see business surviving lockdowns and still going strong.Best ice-creams on island, must visit.
This is a superb place for tapas always busy so i think booking is essential. The staff are great at recommending dishes and do not try to sell you to much . The place has a great vibe going and we very much recommend
Manu and Maria are excellent hosts. So friendly and passionate about their food. This really showed in the quality of their food. We are real foodies and their goat and Iberian pork dishes were 2 of the best meals we’ve ever eaten. Absolutely delicious! A real find! When we are next in Corralejo, we will be back! Thank you!
