We had the pleasure of hosting our nuptials dinner at this wonderful establishment. Vee, the chef and the serving staff were incredible. The food was amazing, as always and they took the best care of us. Having our dinner here made our day even that much more special. Our guests were so happy with the food, drinks and service! Big Bone serves some of the best smokehouse food in the region, whether you get their ribs, brisket, sausage or even wings. We even had them cater our wedding.
It is the best food in town. The back ribs and chicken are great. My daughter loved the lasgna. The burgers and fries are always great and I love the greek salad and the dressing. The staff is always friendly and the prices are fair.
The food, service and atmosphere is exceptional. Highly recommended for an intimate night out. Expensive but worth every penny.
Absolutely fantastic beverages - all around. I adore their mocha lattes and elderberry lemonade. Customer service is fantastic, and yes, there may be a bit of a wait, just keep in mind that there are only really 2 or 3 staff behind the counter at all times. They can only be as fast as they can! And besides, why feel the need to rush? If you want a rushed coffee or other beverage, go to your typical drive-thru chain; McDonalds and Tim Hortons are just up the street. All in all - fantastic spot to get any sort of beverage, especially the ones more on the specialty side. Would certainly recommend to anyone who was in search of a phenomenal cup of coffee. 
Although not a franchise (which is a good thing in this case), Quick has some of the best tasting pizza in town. It is certainly more economical than any of the franchise pizza places in town. If you are looking for pizza from one of the franchise places, we have those in town too, but if you want GOOD pizza, then Quick is the place to go. Unfortunately, they only do take-out.
The staff is very friendly. I live in Keswick and this is one of my favourite. Homestyle meals and come as you are relaxing atmosphere
Nice clean restaraunt, breakfast specials aren’t posted or on menu but just ask and they tell them to you.Good breakfast, lots of coffee refills.smiling friendly waitress. Excellent breakfast potato’s, with 3 different hot sauces to choose from.We will be back.

Food was very good and service was great! We had breakfast and everyone enjoyed their food. Nice atmosphere. Would recommend!
We ordered a 100 piece takeout platter and two orders of vegetable tempura for a hockey game we were going over to a friend's to watch. The prices were extremely reasonable for a sushi restaurant While I was waiting for the chef to finish assembling the platter, I happened to speak with a gentleman who was also waiting for his (much smaller) order. He was telling me that after dining on sushi in Japan, he became very picky about his sushi and he used to only eat it when he was downtown and could go to a high-end sushi restaurant. Now that he is retired, he said that he doesn't get downtown very often, but the sushi here is almost as good as what he had in Japan, so he doesn't mind. I have also had the good fortune of dining on fresh sushi in Japan, and this is extremely close, other than the rolls are much (>50% ) larger in diameter than those made in Tokyo.In addition to the items on the menu, they have some additional items on their website (which is were we saw the 100-piece platter).The restaurant itself has about a dozen 4-top tables and decor typical of a small sushi restaurant. Even though they were extremely busy with take-out, the staff were very friendly and polite (in typical Japanese fashion. Although licensed to serve alcohol, I suspect that the selection is limited to beer and domestic wines (I doubt they have any decent saki.I also suspect that some of the items on the menu might be subject to availability of the components.
If you can get past the fact that is is not a brick-and-mortar establishment, you will quickly realize just what an undiscovered gem this place is. Although their forte is a variety of gourmet takes on Poutine (holiday poutines, like Thanksgiving, which includes turkey and stuffing). When I say "gourmet", I am not kidding, as the chef was a gourmet chef at a brick-and-mortar restaurant, who gave it all up to run his own food truck like place. Situated in the corner of a hardware store parking lot, they have 1 picnic table, and usually a long line of patrons waiting patiently for their take-home food, They also serve a very good fish and chips and if you talk nicely to the chef, or call ahead, he might even give you some of the Thai food he often makes for himself.
Great resturant, Fish and Chips always consistent and delicious, Family run business friendly folks, great for any time of day, Buffet on weekends ll day breakfast.
Not that there is much competition, but it still hold it's own against most East Indian restaurants in the region
It's a shame Dave T can pull King's overall rating down when everyone else's rating is so good ! Try the steak and eggs ! Absolutely excellent !!!
Our most recent visit to "The Beach was on a Wednesday afternoon. The patio was closed as too chilly for dining outdoors even in mid afternoon. We had first encountered "The Beach" by accident a year or so before Covid when we were exploring along the shores of Lake Simcoe. It was a bit outside our normal range and quite new to us. We turned right off the shore road and were surprised to see just what we really needed at that moment, a break from driving and a bit of food. The parking l.ot,, somewhat roughly paved, didn't tell us much about our discovery.. Since then, on numerous visits we have come to know the comfortable booths inside and the patio with its great view of the lake. The real revelation was the food. Always freshly made with well chosen ingredients it is always prepared with care and the .portions are ample without being over the top in quantity. I have not yet eaten my way through the entire menu but everything I have tried showed the same professional care in preparation and respect for the customers. I guess that is why we, are lots of others keep coming back.
