The worst customer service that I have ever seen in a restaurant. I ordered online in front of the restaurant on July 6th. I waited 20 minutes then I went in at the appointed time. The food had not even been made yet. I waited another half hour as they made a whole line of people that had walked in and were served while a slew of us were steamed that our online orders were not even made yet. Some of the help wore no gloves while the cashier wore gloves that touched food then the dirty register. I noticed that all of the tables were unbussed and dirty. The floor had food all over it. When my food was ready I asked for my military discount which has always been a free soda. The cashier asked and the manager said they don't do that. I then asked for the free chips and queso that I had from a email. She asked and he again said that is only good in the app. He is incorrect since the website says it is good in the app or the website. So he stiffed me out my reward due to his ignorance.
Before COVID I frequented this location daily. The manager needs to be fired. When I got home with the burritos They were bobbed half-ass with the jalapenos all at one end and the lettuce all at the other end. The sour cream and cheese was left off entirely. When my wife took a bite out of hers she bit into the paper order slip that was rolled up inside the burrito, I still have the chewed in half order slip, I tried emailing your customer service 8 times and tried calling your contact phone number 6 times but you completely blew me off by never responding to my multiple outreaches, So I am forced to blast you on every dining site over your poor inept service. I'm making a call to the health department over your unsanitary restaurant and lack of food handling gloves not being worn. Maybe next time you'll respond to customer repeated attempts to get ahold of you.
