Excellent guided tour of the Mirror Lab! The background info was very compelling. We gained lots of new insights into what the U of A involvement is and how important it is.

We rented some electric bikes from James at Pedego. The shop is right on the loop so super handy. We were checked out and in the bikes in about 29 minutes after arriving. The Pedego bikes worked great and the instructions were very good about where to go and how to safely ride the trails in Tucson. We ac a nice 2 hour ride and dropped the bikes Al back at the shop. It’s a great way to see a part of the loop.
The Mt Lemmon Scenic Byway was an excellent drive! For driving up a mountain, I would say this was an "easy" drive for anyone. There are a few switchbacks, but really nothing too terrible. It was fun to watch the scenery change as we changed elevation. We made several stops along the way for photos going up and down. I highly recommend this drive!
Judy and Reynato were great teachers! They are choreographing our first dance, and we had a lot of fun working with them!
This was so much fun. Highly recommend to anyone who just wants to have a fun evening. They don’t take themselves too seriously, are just funny and entertaining. Live music before, during and after the show was great. Free popcorn at the table, free ice cream for anyone with a special occasion or visiting is just sweet.
I love National Parks, so no surprise I highly rate this one. But it genuinely is a great visit. The Saguaro's and landscape are super cool (especially if you grew up watching Looney Tunes!) We only visited the Western portion, stopped at the visitor center, hiked 3-4 trails while driving the loop spending about 4hrs total. It is a pretty short, easy drive and very convenient from Tucson. Must do when in the area.
We came to Tucson to hike and drove by the Pima Air & Space Museum. The hubs was telling me about visiting the museum when he was 12 with his dad and talked about some of the exhibits as we hiked in Saguaro National Park.
Since it was still going to be open for a couple more hours after our hike, we decided to go through the musuem. For starters, this museum is HUGE and 2 hours is not even close to being enough time to properly see all the exhibits.
We walked around all the planes outside and had to decide which other exhibits we could peruse before the museum closed. If you like aviation, you definitely need to visit this place!
Sabino Canyon Crawler: Do not miss it. There are no stops when you go up the canyon, but you can get off and on as much as you want on the way down—provided there is room on the shuttle. It can get crowded and warmer later in the day so we went pretty early. Nice gift shop and rest rooms at the base. I don’t think there were any rest room up in the canyon itself.
We got up early enough to hike and see the sunrise at Gates Pass! Beautiful part of the country to attend a family wedding ….temp was cooler than usual, at 60degrees, but we just wore a light jacket. Sun shined every day! Amazing place to vacation
Beautiful, quiet, peaceful place to enjoy birds and wildlife. We were able to see deer and a variety of birds. We appreciated the paved trail and how clean the park was!
I can see why the DeGrazia Gallery in the Sun is one of the top attractions in Tucson. The art is lovely and the buildings themselves are pieces of art. The entrance fee is very reasonable as well. Well done.
This is the park I'd choose if you want an easy legit desert immersion experience. Right off a major commercial area but so close to the mountains feels like you're wrapped in them. Lots of guided walks and activities ongoing. Parking, restrooms, pet friendly and kid friendly. Well marked trails. Picnic area. Shade. ADA. Restrooms. No food avail on site but there's a mall across the street. Bring water, sunscreen, hat and enjoy.

My son and I visited the Rincon Mountain Visitor Center on our recent visit to Saguaro. The Rincon Mountain section is in the east unit of the park on the opposite side of Tucson from the more visited west unit. We enjoyed visiting this side of the park and learned a lot about the Saguaros here. The visitor center was helpful and we always appreciate talking to rangers about the park.
A great stop for a rainy, cold day in Tucson. Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the displays. This museum showcases some amazing works which deserve to be seen and admired.
This is a great way to see the Cactus Forest. The saguaros are enormous and there's a million of them! It's an easy loop drive at Saguaro National Park East, about 30 minutes from Tucson. It was worth doing, glad we saw this. 
This museum located a couple miles from Saguaro NP, teaches about the Sonora Desert and the plants and animals that live there. It includes an aquarium (because the Gulf of California divides the desert), a zoo, (including two walk through aviaries), a botanical garden, live animal experiences and close up education with live animals, a large gem and mineral exhibit, geology and paleontology exhibits, an art gallery, volunteer docents with fascinating information located throughout the grounds, and more. My husband and I spent 5 enjoyable hours here.
There are three places to eat, and multiple water stations in the park. There are shaded areas throughout this large park. It was fairly busy and hot on the day we went, but we found shade whenever we needed to rest.
I highly recommend this wonderful “museum”— you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful Mission. Light a candle for yourself. Explore the beautiful grounds. Stop and say a prayer. There are guided tours available.
Went to uofa for some college hunting with my friend during our spring break. We could only get in the library and student union, but it was fun to walk around the campus and admire the college's beautiful architecture. So much bigger than my college, and also worth the hunting. It's the highlight of our Tucson's trip!
