Les welcomed us with hot coffee and home made biscuits. He guided us through the day with patience and great experience. I was stunned by how many tips and hints he gave us. We made focaccia, a seeded loaf, spelt breakfast rolls and baguettes. All of them came out perfectly and I could not believe how fantastic they tasted when I tucked in later. There was a delicious two course lunch - all freshly made with your choice of drinks. I have already booked for the Christmas stollen and cinnamon buns workshop in November.
