Nice is a real nice coast city and i and the family enjoyed there. I propose my friends to visit here with family too. So enjoyable

In 1820, when a particularly harsh winter further north brought an influx of refugees to Nice, some of the English visitors proposed that the refugees could work on the construction of a walkway along the sea. It was funded by the members of Holy Trinity Anglican Church. Today, it’s a beautiful place to sit and relax.

Flott tur med 412 trappetrinn til toppen. Flere storslåtte utsiktspunkt underveis. Vi tok turen over haugen fra promenaden på vei til havna, og angrer ikke. Liten kafé på toppen for en is eller øl. Anbefales!
Passeamos por esse parque e fomos até um mirante do qual você vê Nice e o Mediterrâneo em sua total beleza. Adorei ter ido até lá, vale a visita!
A very pretty spot in town with the big fountain that kids love to play in. Very busy area in between Vieux Nice and the more modern part of the city. We found some places to sit to enjoy all the activity.
Magnifique promenade avec de beaux points de vue .. un sentier écolo qui longe une bonne partie du lascif forestiers avec des points de vue merveilleux sur la mer
Partout des bancs nous autorisent de belles pauses
Gepflegte Gartenanlage und vielleicht der beste Ausblick auf Nizza, wunderschön gelegen abseits des Trubels. Auf jeden Fall zumindest einen Abstecher wert, wenn man das Matisse-Museum besucht.
Dans le vieux Nice , au milieu d’ube délicieuse petite place se dresse l’imposante cathédrale Réparate..de multiples chapelles nous interpellent per ex la très chouette chapelle st Joseph

Probably the biggest square in this big city, served by the tram lines. Events happen here, it is truly the center. Some green space, some stone plaza work. Originally designed mid-19th Century, but has been modernized. In the center of it all.

You will not be able to miss this garden as it is along the sea where Vieux Nice and the more modern city come together. A big green space right in the center of all the action. Some very lovely landscaping and some outdoor art. There was construction going on during our visit, so we did not see it to its best advantage.
This is one of the most popular waterfront areas in town with a big beach and the start of the big promenade. It is located nicely near Vieux Nice. The area can be very crowded in good weather.
Place nickel, nettoyage régulier, Petit restaurant autour et dans les halles super sympa, n'hésitez pas à rentrer vous en avez pour tous les goûts.
An amazing journey through rows of beautiful flowers and local items. A must see in Nice! Bring you nose and your taste buds.
You'll find this big church in the part of town that was developed in the late 19th Century. It is grand and an important resources for the religious community. We stopped here briefly to admire the architecture.
As students, it was free for us to enter. We spent a good couple of hours walking around, just taking in the beautiful atmosphere and reading about the history of Nice. We both learned so much.
My boyfriend's favourite part was the wall of period paintings depicting Nice at different times in history. I liked the clothes, fans, and beautiful cards.
My favorite part was learning about Ancien Casino de la Jetée-Promenade. There were pictures and models to show what it looked like before it was destroyed by the Germans when they invaded Nice during WW2. The building was spectacular.
Apart from the architecture and history inside, we loved exploring the gardens outside as well.
The place is well worth a visit!
Très beau musée, belles oeuvres. Pas d attente, arrivée vers 11h un lundi. Dommage 3 salles étaient fermées mais entrée gratuite du coup. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. 1 belle expérience, à renouveler avec toutes les salles ouvertes.
This square was created in the 18th Century but it feels very modern as it is the intersection of a couple of tram lines and there are lots of modern cafes around. It is a very busy place, and there is a big statue of the Italian general here. Suitable since this city used to be part of Italy. Bustling place.
