My favorite RIB EYE restaurant in Manhattan closed several years ago and since then I've been on the hunt for "the" rib eye. I found it this weekend at Scotts. The quality, flavor, and freshness was just what I was looking for. But more than that, the care they put into their meat is second to none. They cut me a 2" thick cut steak that didn't need trimming and cooked like a dream. The thing that made me smile the most was that they knew it was for my 91 year old father's birthday and assured me it would be tender. It was. I'll be back! Thanks, Guys!!
