I had a very pleasant time at Bayview Hotel Guam. The housekeeping service was excellent, ensuring that the room was always neat and clean. It’s difficult for me to point out any major shortcomings of the hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the Dusit Beach commercial area, and within walking distance of many restaurants. The uphill slope is not a major issue. The swimming pool is great, and the open view is fantastic. The price is very reasonable, and I would love to visit again. I truly appreciate my stay—it was a very enjoyable and pleasant experience.
호텔 매니저와 프론트 직원들 스텝들 모두 완벽하게 친절했고, 한국에서 부터 프로포즈 이벤트를 함께 준비하고 도와주셨는데 너무나 완벽한 이벤트 였고 덕분에 너무 아름답게 성공했습니다! 많이 도와주신 스텝 두분께 꼭 인사를 드리고 싶었는데, 근무 시간이 아니여서 마지막날 인사를 못하고 가서 아쉬웠습니다. 덕분에 너무 행복한 여행 하면서 편하게 머물다가 갑니다! 그리고 화장실도 엄청 깨끗하고 최고입니다! 인간미 넘치는 베이뷰 호텔 강추입니당
Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed at the Suite with 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen and had a great comfortable stay. I was with a four year old, so the kitchen was very helpful in eating breakfast, and dinner at a time we wanted and at a very reasonable price as we god groceries from the Payless Supermarket, We were even able to make lunch boxes to take to the beach. One problem was that the water of the shower was hot at the beginning, but after a while, it got quite cold. I definいtely would like to stay at the Suite again. Miki Kawamura February 2025
The beds are comfy, room is clean and spacious, including toilet, japanese toilet bowl is really good, the staffs were helpful and approachable. We really like our four days three nights stay. We will stay here again if we ever visit guam again.
One of my favorite hotels to stay at on Guam! AND ITS REASONABLY PRICED?! 10/10! We ate breakfast at the hotel and although it wasn’t a huge spread of breakfast items, IT WAS SO GOOD! The staff are extremely polite and helpful. Overall, our stay was amazing. We will be coming back for our next stay!
Hotel is generally clean and well maintained, everything is in working order. The check in process was stress free, and the front desk agent was friendly and attentive to my needs. I felt sincerely welcomed and felt at home right away. My room was immaculately cleaned and has a beautiful view of the beach. The bed was firm and the barroom was also clean and maintained. The waiter pressure from the shower is the best and I felt relaxed. My overall experience was superb. My breakfast experience was also great, the food was warm and sumptuous. The crew in the restaurant was friendly and attentive. This hotel is well managed n one can tell has a great leadership. Thank you for a wonderful experience. This is my home away from home.
great service! delane, amy, dani and juliet at front desk are always friendly and helpful. i commend management for the smooth operations. Rose and Abby are is the best! rooms are clean, bathroom and linens are always fresh. i like the blackout curtain.
I love the front of the house service especially the hotel manager Rose and director of operations Abby. They are very attentive to our needs. They have warm smile even though we can tell they have a lot things to do. Food is also great. We will definitely come back!
Always a wonderful experience. Great customer service, food and atmosphere always exceeds our expectations. The sunset views from The Sky bar is breathtaking, and the window seats in the club lounge is so relaxing being able to see the view of Tumon shoreline and cars passing.
