Went there after ordering by phone , was told 20-25, minutes , when there at the 25 minute mark , was made to wait another 40 minutes while watching other customers were getting there smaller orders , place really isn't what it used to be
Fried Chicken is my favorite take-out food. This is by far the worst tasting chicken I have ever eaten. The staff doesn't know how to smile. The bathroom was disgusting. Will never eat there again
The service is really terrible not forgetting the don't care attitude, it like the staff don't know what is happening or don't care because they gave my order to someone else. They didn't even realize until I asked after waiting for 30 to 40 minutes for my order which was just a zinger burger. Finally I had to leave without my meal after asking for my money to be refunded. I will never recommend anyone to go for meal KFC in Cranbrook..
This was the worst KFC restaurant I have purchased food from. They do not really serve KFC food. The chicken we ordered had no seasoning, the gravy was bland and the fries were unsalted. If you want KFC food, this is not the place to purchase it. We will never be back.
