One star due to how I was treated by them today. They have you go to a window to pick up the food in the freezing cold instead of just opening the lobby. I am not talking a drive thru, I am talking standing out in the cold. They come to the window, hand you your food, then leave you and your food out in the cold while they go back to the counter to run your card. I asked if they were going to open the lobby and he said no so I told him I won't be back until the weather breaks and he ok and shut the window in my face. I had to set there for several minutes before I could sign the receipt because the pens were frozen because it is freezing outside. Needless to say, my food was very cold due to them not taking care of the customer and having the lobby open leaving me outside. I will never be back and will spread the word far and wide, their food has gone downhill anyway in my opinion.Done with them And I used to over tip them and this is what I get.
