We ate outside on the patio which was lovely. We ordered a glass of Centlivre whiskey, neat which was full of flavor and fantastic. For dinner I had the berry glazed pork loin with Brussels sprouts, spinach. Candied pecans, onions and goat cheese. It was a bowl style meal and was delicious and healthy- so full of flavor. My husband had the Cuban Sandwich with elote corn dip and chips. The sandwich was their twist on the classic Cuban usi mg their smoked pork tenderloin, thick sliced pickles and Swiss cheese. The elote dip was very unique and flavorful- we really enjoyed it!
We reserved one of the outdoor igloos which really do stay warm in very cold Temps. The menu is limited, but the food is excellent! Loved the pretzel appetizer.
