Staying at this hotel was the worst decision I made on the trip! Everything goes unanswered! Before check-in, the email often needs to be sent several times, more than 24 hours do not reply. There was no question about how to get to the hotel. I had to keep asking. Because we came from another hotel, due to the Conrad hotel did not reply to the email, resulting in not available boat, and finally had to rent a private boat to come here. On the first day of my stay, the air conditioner leaked and water dripped onto my body while sitting on the sofa, although they sent someone to fix it, and there was no other indication. The next day at the reception called a buggy to take me back to my room, the staff asked me to wait outside, I was exposed to the sun for more than 15 minutes without any buggy to pick me up, again asked the staff to help me make sure that is someone would pick me up, got the answer is to wait. I was afraid my skin would burn and chose to walk back to the room. Returned to the room to take a bath, found that the water looked like brownish yellow, called the front desk, without any apology, has been repeated in the rush repair, without any practical measures and in my perspective to consider the problem for me. The staff asked me wait again. It's hard to imagine not having clean water to bathe in a five-star hotel. It should also be mentioned that breakfast was very stale, see a lot of insects crawling in the food, other hotels will have covers to ensure the safety of food. It's just disgusting. Staff attitude is also particularly cold, meet guests will not take the initiative to say hello. We booked the Tamure Grill, went to find that it was a buffet, because not hungry at all, just want to eat some casual food, so decided not to eat, the service staff actually asked us to book with who, the face is gloomy. It is really irritating that such a room rate corresponds to such a service attitude. This is a scary hotel. Very, very bad experience. It's a good thing I was satisfied in another hotel before I came, otherwise Conrad would have really ruined my honeymoon!
住这家酒店是我这趟旅行做的最差的决定!所有事情得不到回应!在没有入住前,邮件经常需要发几次,超过24小时都不回复。完全没有询问要怎么到达酒店,需要我不停的问。因为我们从别的酒店过来,由于康莱德酒店不回复信息,导致衔接不上船的班次,最后只能包私人船来到这里。第一天入住就空调漏水,在沙发上坐着水滴到我的身上,尽管他们派人来修理好了,除此之外没有任何的表示。第二天在前台叫车送我回房间,工作人员要求我去室外等,我在外面暴晒了超过十五分钟也没有任何车来接我,再次叫工作人员帮我询问,得到的答复是再等一等。我怕我的皮肤会燃烧,选择自己走回了房间。回到房间想泡澡,发现水是脏的,打电话询问前台,没有任何歉意,一直重复在抢修中,没有任何实际性的措施以及在我的角度上为我考虑问题。又是让我等。难以想象,在五星级酒店没有干净的水洗澡。还有需要一提的是,早餐非常不新鲜,看到很多虫子在食物里爬行,别的酒店会有罩子来确保食物的安全。简直太恶心了。工作人员态度也特别冷漠,遇见客人不会主动问好。我们预订了Tamure Grill,去了才发现是自助餐,因为一点不饿,只是想吃些休闲食物,所以决定不吃了,服务人员居然质问我们是跟谁订的,预定人员没有跟你们说吗,脸色是阴沉的。实在是令人生气,这样的房费对应这样的服务态度。这是一家令人感到害怕的酒店。特别特别糟糕的体验。幸好来之前已经在另外的酒店感到满足,不然康莱德真的会毁了我的蜜月之旅!
Conrad Bora Bora 可以说是依山傍水而建,住在饭店里,同时可以体验山景及海景。可以从山上俯瞰整片大溪地靛蓝的海景,也可以由下往上看火山喷发后遗留下来黑色岩石山景。途中饭店也种了不少花,那景致真的很不一样。
虽然地理位置虽然不能直接看到Otemanu火山,位置距离机场也较远(约20-30分钟的船程),但也因此拥有更清幽的环境,别有一番风味!
以客房的舒适度和动线的流畅及设计上,是我这次入住三间饭店里,最喜欢的一间了。
一打开门,大片落地窗可以清楚看到海,房间在2017有重新翻修,所以还很新。
软硬体设备也是这次三间当中最新的!也是唯一一间可以用Bluetooth连接手机音乐室内、外都能用的饭店了。
(啊!这次连最高级的St. Regis都没有ipad可以掌控所有灯光、窗帘、音乐、电视、服务...等的设备,所以大溪地看来还是比马尔地夫更纯朴一点。)
早餐除了有buffet,也可以点à la carte menu上的热食。我觉得这部分比较可惜一些,餐饮没什么记忆点,且Buffet或à la carte menu上都没有太多选择。我会建议饭店可以考虑多一些当地的食物,让大家可以透过早餐的品尝,融入当地有点。(例如:当地的鱼拌沙拉、烤鱼热食...等等)
饭店内还有小型的高尔夫推杆练习场,满有趣的。
脚踏车也是随意取用,看到就可以骑,在渡假村中会是很重要的交通工具,不然要回房间会需要走很久。不过如果饭店可以多一些小孩的脚踏车,对于家庭来说,可能会更贴心一些!
我觉得蛮可惜的是饭店是沙滩区很小,可以玩的水上活动比较有限。但如果要出海,请饭店代订一些当地活动,这几间连锁饭店听说都是选同一个当地旅行社预订的,但Conrad却是相对其他饭店的报价来说最便宜的。(我们的snorkeling with sharks and rays在Conrad订是12000XPF,在St. Regis订要15500XPF)这也是另一个让我觉得它物美价廉的地方!
整体来说,以Conrad的房价和实际体验上,它是超乎我想像的。也是我在Bora Bora的体验里,心中第二名🥈的酒店
