One of the best this is good when you bring your family, friend or even you are alone, it gives safety and provides the best quality that they can for so it a must to visit and choose this where you stay! The idea of being here gives more to want to visit again
Have a nice environment and the assistant was good . It was my first time there. But due to warmly welcome I will definitely comeback . Moreover the design or feature was very nice. a long the line the service and the lightning of the room are so beautiful
Bedbugs. Itching like crazy. No offer of refund (accused me of bringing them. And maybe I owed them for the blood-spotted sheets they had to throw away!
Not to mention TV next door, loud, 24/7, and the guest occasionally yelling at someone at any hour.
You know that 20 bucks extra you'd have to spend elsewhere? Spend it. The extra few miles you'd have to drive? Drive them.
I booked a reservation for June 2024 in NOVEMBER of 2023 (seven months in advance!) No more than one week before the reservation I got an email that my reservation was cancelled with no explanation. I called the hotel multiple times before I finally got someone to answer the phone and the person who was on the phone had no help to offer me, explained that there were no rooms available for that date and all “sorry sweetie what do you want me to do?” in a rude and flippant tone. When I explained that I had booked in advance for a ticketed event and that I was now left with no where to stay as the weekend is booked months in advance in the whole area she continued to rudely dismiss me and eventually hung up on me. Probably dodged a bullet, I don’t want to stay anywhere where the customer service is unkind, doesn’t listen and is carrying that negative energy. I’d look elsewhere when in the area.
The place and surroundings feel super sketchy if you're traveling alone (the industrial end of town), but it's a bargain if you've got safety in numbers! The proprietor was friendly and honest and working hard toward the American dream. The door has a key card and the door/windows locked. Shower was scalding, errr, piping hot. Center of the rooms were clean--just don't look in the corners or under the bed. There was a fridge and even coffee supplies (I think).
The worst motel I have ever stayed at. There was supposed to be two queen beds, but they were much smaller and when we complained they wouldn't give us another room or a refund. The picture shows a two story motel that looks yet our room was in the "office' building which was leaning towards the side. It was a very small room with towels that should have been thrown away.
The room looked nothing like the pictures, it was depressing. The motel location is surrounded by a construction yard.
The main building is still being used as a shelter so rooms are in a small building off to the side.
The room was as pictured and mostly clean and modern but the small corners had spiders and dirt and such.
We did not have access to WiFi in our room. We tried to speak to them about this three times. They gave us the network name and password but our room was out of range. That was the end of that. We're in the middle of nowhere but have no internet as promised.
We booked through their site and got an email confirming the booking, but they had no record when we arrived.
It was a fine room with beds and a clean bathroom and cable and a mini fridge with microwave.
The motel-turned homeless shelter on one side and the abandoned factory with broken windows on the other side did not suit the vibe of a picturesque weekend in the mountains.
For a quick place to stay overnight, it's fine.
For a scenic girls, couples, or family trip, I wouldn't recommend it.
I have never been more disgusted at a motel. The bathroom lights did not work, there were holes punch in the bathroom door. Floors didn’t look like they’ve been vacuumed in months, old food under the bed, hair left in the shower drain, AC was filthy, dried fecal matter on the toilet. There were dead bugs on the sink. The coffee pot had probably never been cleaned, the windowsills we caked with dirt and dead bugs. As we arrived back to the location after the party we attended we were informed by another guest to be cautious as there were fights with guests happening and blood all over. Ended up driving 2hrs home after a family event in the area. The bed was made but were the sheets actually changed?
