Very frustrating. Don’t worry yourself if you have large number of people. I understand that it’s normal for a hotel to refer customers to affiliates if you experience shortage in rooms. but how can you tell me your place is full and i have to use my own money to pick a car to your affiliates hotel? They made sit at their reception for hours before driving me to the place. The most annoying part is the place was just 4-5min away from them. Mtchhhewww
