The East Lyme Starbucks historically been one of the worst in CT and today was no exception. Food was cold. Coffee filled only half way in cup. Staff needs to be retrained or replaced.
What more can you say? Drive-in entrance requires driving around the building an exits the entering from street traffic which may cause confusion during busy periods.
