Our 11-year-old celebrated his birthday party with a group of friends here this month and it was an absolute blast! The bowling, the decorations, the special birthday chair, the signed pin, it was absolutely delightful! All the kids had fun, Mark and his team know how to entertain kids while keeping them on schedule as well and made it so easy for parents to get everything set up! No complications, no worries, just bring the cake! Could not be happier with how it all turned out and will definitely go back!
After hosting a 6 yr old Birthday party for my son, I had to mention how happy were with this venue. We entered day of to a clean, well-lit area complete with banner, special birthday seat, plates, napkins, and tablecloths. The staff was friendly and knew just how to instruct the children to bowl respectfully. They even input each name for us (which was huge for a party of 25 kids). The party progressed seamlessly. I would recommend Bay Lanes to any friend or family member without hesitation. Thank you Mark and staff. You all did a great job!
My son had the best time bowling and hanging out with his friends. Our son is in a wheel chair so the accessible lane was perfect along with the assisted bowling ramp for the bowling ball. Mark has this party planning down to a science with heart. All the kids got their bowling shoes, bowled, then had pizza from Pizza Hut next door and some pop and water to drink. Then had cupcakes, sang happy birthday and opened a few gifts... all within 2 hours. Pretty good deal and Mark made the experience easy for us and was always available. Great place and a great manager.
I recently hosted my child's 5th birthday party at Bay Lanes, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Mark and his staff made everything incredibly easy for us, taking care of all the party arrangements so that we only needed to bring the cake. We had a church outing at Bay Lanes, and we had a wonderful time. The staff was responsive, and Mark is wonderful to work with. We had families with children, serious bowlers, and many who hadn't bowled in years, and we all had a great time! It is retro bowling and brought lots of memories for people of how it was when they bowled as children. The cost was very reasonable, lots of free parking and Bay Lanes was spotless. Recommend highly for any group outing!
The bowling venue is amazing… But the host Mark, is the BEST! From the moment I spoke to him on the phone about booking the bowling alley for my husband‘s 50th your birthday, Mark was spectacular! We had about 40 to 45 guests, ages 3 to mid 80s and EVERYONE had the BEST time! Most of these families live about an hour away. By the end of the night they were trying to figure out who’s birthday was next, so we could go back! Mark was great in recommending local places for food, and his recommendations were spot on! It is no lie that after you meet this man and visit his establishment, do you feel like family as you leave! Highly recommend to anyone that wants to have the BEST time!
I cannot give this place a great enough review! If there were 100 stars I would click them all! What a great atmosphere- fun, friendly, family oriented and Mark is one of the nicest men you’ll ever meet! We will make the hour trip to go bowl with him again! Much love!
Today we attended a kids birthday party and it was FANTASTIC! Mark was awesome “hosting” the party and all of the kids had a great time! Look the look and feel of this retro bowling alley and it was super clean. Several of us plan on having our kids parties there!
I did a fully private event last week for my birthday and it was great. The price compared to other places was so much better. The facility is clean and the tables were all set up with table clothes. He has a Spotify account so you can pick your own music. Since I was having a private party I was able to being my own food. Cosmic bowling is an option too. The owner is so nice and he made small talk with all the guests. I definitely plan on returning and using again for parties. I even got an authentic bowling pin that my guests could sign. I really like the feel of old school bowling alleys versus the chain places. Highly recommend
