Our family stayed in the cabins and had a wonderful time. Chip was a wonderful host. The breakfast they served was wonderful! We felt very comfortable and right at home!
The food is ok, not what it used to be. I cannot accept how the peacocks are cooped up and they have lost almost all of their tail feathers. It’s sad really. They should b free to roam. They need trees to perch in.
We will not return.

Sugar! Sugar! It was bizarre. Green beans were the only Hot vegetable side without paying an extra $5, and the beans were loaded with sugar. Gross! The hush puppies and tartar sauce were both full of sugar. More Gross!
Hostess we had was tremendous. Disappointed that she wasn't our waitress. She seated us in the Peacock Room, said it was her favorite which we found to be our favorite too. She also recommended for dessert the Apple Pie. We were too full but bought a whole pie for a hostess gift where we were going later.
Our waitress was OK. May Ann hurried us a lot. A bit obsessed with clearing the table after a hurried meal. Definitely Not A Great Visit.
